What is the expected delivery time?
Delivery takes 3 to 5 days.
Which shipping companies do you work with?
At Fandom, we care about delivering your shipment safely, so we work with trusted shipping companies to ensure the best service, delivery, and tracking for your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a message via your contact number and email containing a direct tracking link and shipment number to follow its progress until it reaches you.
Do you offer international shipping?
We provide shipping across all regions of Saudi Arabia and all GCC countries.
What are the shipping and delivery costs?
- Shipping within Saudi Arabia: 28 SAR.
- Shipping to GCC countries: 50 SAR.
- Cash on delivery: an additional fee of 30 SAR will be added.
What should I do if my order is delayed?

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
You can modify the address only if the shipment hasn't yet been handed over to the shipping company. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to make the change.

Yes, all prices displayed in our store include VAT.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. At Fandom we guarantee that all our products are 100% authentic. We deal directly with the official manufacturers for Formula 1 teams and all motorsport merchandise, to ensure top quality.
Will out-of-stock products be available again?
Some products are limited editions for a specific season and cannot be reproduced. For continuous products, click "Add to Wishlist" and we'll notify you once they're back in stock.
How do I maintain product quality and care for it?
Our products are high quality. You'll find washing and care instructions on the inner labels of all our products. To keep your items in the best shape, we recommend the following:
• Washing: Turn the item inside out before placing it in the washing machine to protect printed logos.
• Temperature: Use cold water (lowest temperature) and avoid hot water.
• Drying: Avoid using a tumble dryer; air drying is preferred.
• Ironing: Do not iron directly on logos or prints.
These products are made from advanced technical materials, and following these instructions ensures the logos remain in the same quality.
I received a damaged or incorrect product. What should I do?
