Return policy
Timeframe: You have 5 business days from the item's receiving date to return it.
Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with all original tags and labels intact.
Exchanges: Fandom processes exchanges only if the replacement item or size is available or otherwise will be refunding the full purchase amount back. If you want a different type of item, you must return the original purchase and place a new order.
Refunds: Refunds are processed to the credit or debit card used for the initial purchase.

How to Return an Item

- Receive reply within 72 hours requiring details if item is for return or replacement.
- Courier will be sent to delivery location, provide product back to courier and visit email sent by Fandom for refund or exchange process details.

- Inspection: All returns are inspected upon arrival, and items that do not meet the return conditions will be declined.
- Processing Time: It can take up to 14 business days for Fandom to receive and process your return once it arrives at the facility.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are not included in the refund.
