All approved returns and exchanges are processed in the form of store credit.

The credited amount will be added to your Fandom account.

Store credit can be used at any time with no expiration date.

Store credit may be used for any product available on our website.

Shipping Fees

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return and exchange shipping fees will be deducted from the issued store credit balance.

If a customer specifically requests a refund to the original payment method, it may be arranged. In such cases, both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
