Timeframe: You have 5 business days from the item's receiving date to return it.

Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with all original tags and labels intact.

Exchanges: Fandom processes exchanges only if the replacement item or size is available or otherwise will be refunding the full purchase amount back. If you want a different type of item, you must return the original purchase and place a new order.

Refunds: Refunds are processed to the credit or debit card used for the initial purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally excluded from returns:
Used or Damaged Items by the buyer are non-returnable. However, please note if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service for a resolution.

How to Return an Item

1. Email Fandom@saudiaustrian.com and include online purchase receipt.
2. Receive reply within 72 hours requiring details if item is for return or replacement.
3. Courier will be sent to delivery location, provide product back to courier and visit email sent by Fandom for refund or exchange process details.

Important Information

• Inspection: All returns are inspected upon arrival, and items that do not meet the return conditions will be declined.
• Processing Time: It can take up to 14 business days for Fandom to receive and process your return once it arrives at the facility.
• Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are not included in the refund.
